At Wake Coffee Co., all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds. In certain cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at hello@wakecoffeeco.com or call us at (980) 949-8865 if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, drinks, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

As we do not accept returns, exchanges are not applicable. If store credit is issued, it may be used to make a separate purchase for the desired item.
