  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • In the event of delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 5-7 business days.

  • Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and your location.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.

  • Use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Wake Coffee Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacements may be issued at our discretion.

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds.

  • In certain cases, store credit may be considered at our discretion.
